Hindsight values your privacy as much as we value ours. Hindsight treats our commitment to privacy as one of our top business codes of conduct. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page to improve on our business practices and how we can better serve you. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. Hindsight will not sell or provide your personal details outside the realm of what is necessary to conduct our business and ensure your quality product.
Our Terms & Conditions
Customer acknowledges products purchased from Hindsight are handcrafted. By definition, handcrafted means 'made skillfully by hand'. On rare occasion, Hindsight's handcrafted products may be subject to human craftmanship error. Once customer has received product via shipping service, customer will have 7 business days to contact Hindsight (email, phone, or chat) if there are any problems or concerns with their order. After 7 business days, Hindsight is waived of all liability and not held responsible for completed customer order.
Our Return Policy
We strive to handcraft as quality products as possible. If ever you are unsatisfied with the workmanship or
receive an order that has been damaged, please reach out to us via: customframing@hindsightar.com within 7
business days of receiving your order. (Orders placed through our e-Commerce shops like Etsy, Pinterest, Shopify, etc. will need to be resolved using the current, stated Hindsight shop policies for that particular e-Commerce site and contacting Hindsight through that e-Commerce site's Help Request Forum. For example: Etsy customers must abide by the shop policies stated on Hindsight's Etsy shop and submitting a Help Request through Etsy messages.)
For a return, as much information as you can provide would be helpful to us. This would include images of the
concerns/damage with the product. Once we receive your information (including images), we will work with you to achieve compromise. Possible resolution would include:
1.) sending you a return shipping label and our physical address in order to return the product,
2.) issuing you a credit to your original payment method, OR
3.) shipping a new product to you to replace the unsatisfactory one you previously received.
Contacting Hindsight does not guarantee a return label will be issued, a return will be accepted, or a full refund will be given. Decisions regarding order issue resolution will be made by Hindsight on a case-by-case basis.
