Hindsight's framing embodies the word 'custom'.  We are a custom framer.  We take wood planks or common wood boards and turn them into a custom design.  By using real wood, the true beauty of the woodgrain and wood characteristics become part of the frame design.  We do not try to completely eliminate the character of the wood; we are inclusive in keeping Nature's design as part of our custom design.  Once cut to your desired frame size choice, we hand paint the frames to your color choice.  Handcrafting frames gives us a true sense of pride.

We offer a 5-7 day turnaround on our products.  Since we cut and ship fragile products like glass, matboard, and frames, our shipping rates are based off the total weight of a customer order.  We will strive to continue to maintain as low as shipping costs as possible.  As we continue to perfect our shipping methods and costs, we will continue to pass the savings onto the customer by adjusting our shipping fees accordingly.  

Upon shipping your order, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number, so you will know exactly when your order should arrive.

We strive to handcraft as quality products as possible.  If ever you are unsatisfied with the workmanship or receive an order that has been damaged, please reach out to us via: EMAIL.

For a return, as much information as you can provide would be helpful to us.  This would include images of the concerns/damage with the product.  Once we receive your information (including images), we will work with you to achieve compromise.  Possible resolution would include:

1.) sending you a return shipping label  and our P.O. Box address in order to return the product,

2.) issuing you a credit to your original payment method, OR

3.) shipping a new product to you to replace the unsatisfactory one you previously received.
